Real Estate Attorney: 2nd-5th year

About the role

The Real Estate practice group is seeking associates to join the team in our Reston office. Associates with 2-5 years of experience at a comparable law firm who have worked on a broad range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Experience with data center deals (leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, diligence, etc.)
• Reviewing title
• Documenting
• Negotiating and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions and dispositions

Requirements

• JD or equivalent degree
• Demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Superior writing skills
• High level of attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate transactions
• Experience with data center deals

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
