Cooley LLP seeks an Employment & Labor Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in employment law, focusing on both counseling and litigation. Responsibilities

  • Counseling Firm clients on employment law matters
  • Supporting employment issues during mergers and acquisitions
  • Handling day-to-day employment law matters

Requirements

  • Broad experience in employment law
  • Training and interest in both employment law counseling and litigation
  • High level of motivation and initiative
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school

Qualifications

  • Law degree from a nationally recognized law school

Skills

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $365,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
