About the role
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of broad experience in employment law with training, experience, and interest in both employment law counseling and employment litigation. This role involves significant day-to-day counseling of Firm clients, including in New York and Florida, as well as employment support on M&A transactions.

Requirements
- Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible and willing to seek admission to the Florida Bar.

Pay
The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000-$235,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
