About the role

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring paraprofessionals (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in Gilbert, AZ. The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours to supplement work or school schedules, working directly with children on the autism spectrum to build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play‑based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA.

Hours: Monday 12:00 PM–2:00 PM; Tuesday & Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Location: in‑client home, Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes using play‑based ABA techniques to help them learn and grow.
• Follow step‑by‑step treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on a phone or tablet (training provided).
• Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow technicians to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to families about each session and celebrate small wins together.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (e.g., SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Pay

$21–$26 per hour, based on experience.
