Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Responding to emergencies such as Code Blue, White, CAT events, and traumas.
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Developing and communicating individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and cultural needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Critical Care or Emergency Department, with ACLS certification.
- Requires RN license, with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
