About the role
The Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse provides hospital-wide emergency response and serves as a clinical resource to staff, offering guidance and education on procedures.
Responsibilities
- Responding to emergencies such as Code Blue and traumas
- Assessing and planning patient care
- Educating patients and families on illness management
- Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Developing and communicating individualized care plans
- Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree, RN license
- Minimum 2 years of critical care or ED experience preferred
