Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse - Part Time

About the role

The Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse serves as a hospital-wide resource, responding to emergency situations such as Code Blue, Code White, and traumas. This role provides guidance and education to staff on less familiar procedures while promoting patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Respond to hospital-wide emergencies, including Code Blue, Code White, and traumas
• Provide guidance and education to staff on procedures
• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate patients and families on illness management
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives
• Develop individualized care plans
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing
• Active RN licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care or Emergency Department (ED) experience
• ACLS certification preferred
