Public Works - Streets & Fleet Manager

The City of Nacogdoches is seeking a dedicated Streets & Fleet Manager to lead our teams. If you have a passion for infrastructure, strong supervisory experience, and the drive to keep our city moving, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of Streets and Vehicle Maintenance.
• Supervise, mentor, and build a strong safety-conscious team.
• Oversee construction, maintenance, and repair of streets, roads, and storm drains.
• Manage division budgets, resources, and project planning.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years in a public works-related supervisory position.
• Proven supervisory experience in street paving operations and drainage system installations.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• A valid Texas driver license; Texas CDL is preferred.
