About the role
We are seeking a candidate for a Traffic Planning & Design position. This role involves planning and designing traffic systems to improve safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement traffic flow optimization strategies
- Conduct traffic studies and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in traffic planning and design
- Proficiency in traffic simulation software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices
- Experience with traffic signal design and intersection analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Proficiency in GIS and traffic modeling software
- Experience with traffic management systems

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
