Description

A Proposal Coordinator is central to a company’s business development efforts, ensuring proposals are well-organized, persuasive, and compliant. The role combines writing, editing, and team coordination skills, making it critical for securing new business opportunities and maintaining professional standards in proposal submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire proposal process, from initial concept to final submission. This includes analyzing RFPs and RFIs, developing a detailed proposal schedule, setting deadlines, and tracking milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Collect and organize content from subject matter experts, writers, ensuring all sections are coherent, persuasive, and compliant with submission requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, including consultants, architects, or clients
  • Lead kick-off meetings, debrief sessions, and review meetings to gather feedback and incorporate revisions
  • Ensure proposals meet all RFP/RFI requirements, are accurate, and adhere to company standards is essential.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with proposal development processes, RFP/RFI compliance, and project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field

Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.
