About the role
The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property, including managing the team, daily activities, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Respond to after-hours emergencies
- Achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
- 2 + years of experience in property management
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Proven 2 + years with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Personal Smart Phone technology required

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience in property management
- Onesite experience a plus

Pay
$22-$24 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
