About the role
Responsible for managing property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the property’s condition.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in good condition.
- Manage tenant relations, resolving issues and complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and tenant retention.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage service requests and repairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of property management software.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
