Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing all the operations of the property, including activities of all departments.
- Monitoring daily and monthly revenue generated, as well as cost and expenses.
- Keeping track of budgets and expenses, including reviewing financial reports and statements.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
- Develop and implement an efficient and consistent marketing strategy to promote the property's services.
- Planning maintenance works, events, and leasing of units.
- Managing and coordinating employees’ duties.
- Motivating workers and promoting teamwork to ensure optimum service and Resident needs are met.
- Inspecting all the units regularly in order to comply with property standards.
- Ensuring good, smooth, and effective interaction with residents and prospects.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rent, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget.
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving resident complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units.
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Oversees the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Develops and implements strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Conducts regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Manages and supervises property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Handles resident complaints and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains accurate records of property operations, financial transactions, and tenant interactions.
- Collaborates with corporate management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Stays up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Performing this job regularly requires the use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Employee must be able to climb several flights of stairs in case of emergency or if the property is not equipped with an elevator.
