About the role

The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of property management software
