About the role

As an Assistant Property Manager in Philadelphia, PA, you will support the Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling maintenance tasks and communicating with contractors
• Handle tenant communications and manage lease renewals
• Manage cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to cleaning protocols
• Oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Schedule
