Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
- Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
- Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Requirements
You have a background in customer service. Call center experience is a plus. Growth-minded. Detail-oriented. Great communicators. Reliable.
Qualifications
You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Houston, TX area.

We fully support you through the transition from trainee to Licensed Professional. Compensation: Training Phase $18.00/hr up to 64 hours, Licensed Phase $22.50/hr (upon passing the state exam).
