About the role

We provide the classroom, the experts, and the paycheck while you learn. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of the insurance industry, ensuring you transition into a Licensed P&C Insurance Expert in no time.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
• Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
• Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Background in customer service.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Growth-minded, looking for a career pathway with stability and upward mobility.
• Detail-oriented, taking pride in accuracy, especially when handling important legal documents and applications.
• Great communicators, turning complex insurance jargon into clear, helpful advice for customers.
• Reliable, able to pass a background check and committed to the full 8-week training schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take the state exam in the greater Corpus Christi area.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Technical proficiency with internet services and equipment provided.

Benefits

Pay

$18.00/hr up to 64 hours during training, then $22.50/hr upon passing the state exam.

Remote flexibility from home office.

Internet Service Requirements

• Wired internet service installed directly into your home.
• Examples of acceptable wired services include Cable internet, Fiber-optic internet, DSL broadband.
• Wireless-only internet services are not allowed. Cellular/mobile hotspots (4G, 5G, LTE) are not permitted.
• The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.
• No wireless connection from the computer to the router, no Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters.
• Both of the above requirements must be met.
• Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.
