Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored coverage across homeowners, auto, flood, and commercial lines
• Quote across multiple carriers to find the best fit, not just the first option
• Grow your client base through referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and account updates accurately
• Guide clients through the sales and renewal process so they understand exactly what they’re buying
• Stay current on carrier products, market shifts, and industry trends
• Keep every file compliant with insurance regulations and agency standards

Requirements

• An active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Prior insurance sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (you genuinely like people)
• Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your own pipeline
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• A consultative mindset: you’d rather find the right answer than make the fast sale
