What You'll Do
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and recommending tailored coverage across homeowners, auto, flood, and commercial lines
- Quoting across multiple carriers to find the best fit, not just the first option
- Growing your client base through referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Processing applications, renewals, endorsements, and account updates accurately
- Guiding clients through the sales and renewal process so they understand exactly what they're buying
- Staying current on carrier products, market shifts, and industry trends
- Keeping every file compliant with insurance regulations and agency standards
What We're Looking For
- An active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Prior insurance sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you genuinely like people
- Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your own pipeline
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- A consultative mindset: you'd rather find the right answer than make the fast sale
