Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
- Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
- Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Background in customer service.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Growth-minded, not looking for a "gig" but a career pathway with stability and upward mobility.
- Detail-oriented, taking pride in accuracy, especially when handling important legal documents and applications.
- Great communicators, turning complex insurance jargon into clear, helpful advice for customers.
- Reliable, able to pass a background check and committed to the full 8-week training schedule.
Qualifications
You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Metro Detroit area.
