About the role

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent who enjoys building trust, having real conversations, and helping people feel more secure in their choices.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions and explain coverage options in plain language.
  • Guide clients toward coverage that fits their situation.
  • Quote, explain, and sell insurance policies with care and accuracy.
  • Build long-term relationships by staying responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to grow your book of business.
  • Review existing policies and look for ways to improve coverage or close protection gaps.
  • Keep clear records of client conversations, quotes, and policy updates.
  • Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and insurance regulations.
  • Work closely with the team to support a smooth and positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Comfort working with leads, referrals, and inbound client conversations
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policy changes, and quoting processes
  • Preferred: Experience serving personal lines or small commercial clients
  • Preferred: Additional insurance licenses or willingness to pursue them

Pay

Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
