Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Position Overview

The Georgia Pines: Altamonte Springs team is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and committed Licensed Property & Casualty Agent to join our Florida team. This role involves direct customer management, supporting existing customers, quoting, selling, and binding new policies, managing renewals and retention, addressing client concerns, and engaging with clients professionally.

Job Duties

• Knowledge of both personal and commercial lines
• Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
• Quote, sell, and bind new policies
• Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
• Service customer concerns
• Properly document and update all customer’s information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Mailing and documentation management
• Other duties, as requested

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experienced 2-20 Property & Casualty license
• Housing Owner Association (HOA)/Commercial Owner Association (COA) Insurance Experience Preferred
• M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Proficiency in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance
• Ability to handle high-volume phone and email requests
• Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
• Must be a team player and dependable
• Computer skills are necessary, including Word & Excel
• Possess strong drive, ambition, and goal-oriented
