• Own resolving escalated or complex calls from customers
• Provide answers to customers to resolve their issues
• Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty License
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Product or service knowledge
• Integrity to maintain customer privacy
• Computer experience
