About the role

Elevate Claims Solutions is dedicated to enhancing the claims handling process for both policyholders and carriers. Our goal is to ensure that our adjusters make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by property damage.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
  • Value partnerships with carrier clients and find ways to support them and their policyholders.
  • Show an outstanding work ethic, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with both internal and external parties.
  • Manage workload effectively and exercise good judgment independently.
  • Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize strong technological skills, including proficiency in Xactimate for writing damage estimates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
  • Carrier experience is preferred.
  • Liability experience is advantageous.
  • Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Hold current, active licenses where required.
  • Have the equipment and ability to access roofs.
