Responsibilities

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
• Value partnerships with carrier clients, maximizing support for both policyholders and carriers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
• Communicate clearly and consistently, both internally and externally.
• Manage workload effectively with good judgment and independence.
• Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize strong technological skills, including proficiency in Xactimate for estimating residential and commercial damage.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license and experience writing damage estimates in both residential and commercial settings.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, active license where required.
• Equipment and ability to access roofs.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is not a traditional 9-5 position, and you will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
