Elevate Claims Solutions is seeking an Independent Adjuster with commercial and residential property claims in Duluth, MN and surrounding area. We believe in the importance of human experience and claim quality for our partners, clients, and ourselves.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
- Value partnerships with carrier clients and maximize support for them and their policyholders.
- Show an outstanding work ethic and be available for a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with both internal and external parties.
- Manage workload effectively and exercise good judgment independently.
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize strong technological skills, including working within various claims management systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
- Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Current, active license where required.
- Equipment and ability to access roofs.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is not a traditional 9-5 position. You will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
