Responsibilities

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
• Value partnerships with carrier clients and maximize support for both parties.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and promptly with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage workload effectively with good judgment and independence.
• Show proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Utilize advanced technological skills to work within various claims management systems.
• Pass a background check and hold current, active licenses where required.
• Access and use equipment necessary for roof inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates.
• Likely to have liability experience.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is not a traditional 9-5 position. Adjusters are expected to be available outside of regular business hours to assist policyholders and carriers as needed.
