Responsibilities

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
• Value partnerships with carrier clients and maximize support for both parties.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
• Communicate clearly and consistently, both internally and externally.
• Manage workload effectively with good judgment and independence.
• Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize strong technological skills, including proficiency in Xactimate for both residential and commercial damage estimates.
• Pass a background screening.
• Hold a current, active license where required, and have the equipment and ability to access roofs.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license.
• Experience writing damage estimates in Xactimate.
• Background in liability claims is advantageous.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of insureds and carriers.
