Responsibilities
- Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
- Value partnerships with carrier clients, maximizing support for both parties.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
- Communicate clearly and consistently, both internally and externally.
- Manage workload effectively with good judgment and independence.
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize strong technological skills, including proficiency in Xactimate for both residential and commercial damage estimates.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
- Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license.
- Ability to write damage estimates in Xactimate for both residential and commercial claims.
- Pass a background check.
- Hold necessary licenses where required.
- Access to equipment and ability to access roofs.

Schedule
This is not a traditional 9-5 position. Adjusters are expected to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of insureds and carriers.
