Responsibilities

  • Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
  • Value partnerships with carrier clients, maximizing support for both parties.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently, both internally and externally.
  • Manage workload effectively with good judgment and independence.
  • Show strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize strong technological skills, including proficiency in Xactimate for both residential and commercial damage estimates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
  • Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license.
  • Ability to write damage estimates in Xactimate for both residential and commercial claims.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Hold necessary licenses where required.
  • Access to equipment and ability to access roofs.

Schedule

This is not a traditional 9-5 position. Adjusters are expected to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of insureds and carriers.
