About the role
A Project Support Coordinator joining Project Expedition will work directly on project visibility in support of a tours-and-activities marketplace connecting travelers, travel advisors, tour operators, excursions, transfers, bookings, content, and partner support.
Success in this role means project visibility is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history. Decisions are grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Working Strengths
- Use Requirements Tracking and Travel Advisor Partner Support confidently when carrying out project support coordination.
- Apply Project Operations without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Workflow Coordination decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Tour Operator Marketplace Support, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Project Support Coordinator workflow by helping the team track owners and due dates.
- Track the Project Support Coordinator workflow by helping the team document decisions and changes.
- Own the Project Support Coordinator workflow by helping the team surface blockers before deadlines slip.
- Coordinate the Project Support Coordinator workflow by helping the team prepare concise status updates for stakeholders.
- Review the Project Support Coordinator workflow by helping the team maintain current task and dependency records.
