Project Supervisor
About the role
Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The position is in the Manufacturing / Quality Inspection industry, requires 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing (preferred), and involves local travel to customer facilities.

Responsibilities
- Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
- Train and coach team members
- Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
- Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
- Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
Requirements
2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing (preferred).
