Project Supervisor

About the role

The Project Supervisor is an on-site role that supports the construction team by coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work remains on track with established schedule milestones. This position requires strong situational awareness, clear and professional communication, and a consistent, detail-oriented approach to follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work
• Maintain project timelines and adjust plans as necessary
• Monitor project progress and report issues to management
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in construction or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
