About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Project Procurement Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional Project Procurement strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 30 procurement professionals
- Establish standardized procurement processes across all projects
- Strengthen supplier relationships and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Act as a senior procurement leader supporting various stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and mitigate risks
- Drive organizational transformation with a focus on operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, or EPC execution
- 8+ years leading large procurement organizations
- Demonstrated leadership in developing management teams
- Experience with large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Fluent English; French is a plus
