Project Senior Manager
Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Project Senior Manager - Construction to support a large, national energy account throughout California. This position will exclusively support projects and project managers in our national portfolio of work for a single client.

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a medium-sized project, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. Manage risks, engage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into actionable project plans. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of a defined project with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Grow project management and technical leadership skills.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and business decision-making.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk within an established framework.
- Balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
- Drive visibility and impact through successful project delivery.
- Engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead medium-sized projects from initiation through completion.
- Apply technical expertise relevant to project scope and execution requirements.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders to align teams and priorities.
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable project plans.
- Communicate clearly, document effectively, and solve problems to drive results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of management experience.
- 3 years of related experience.
Pay
Pay Range: $120,190 per year - $155,540 per year. Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
