Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to ensure smooth team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coach Agile principles and practices to team members, helping them adopt a mindset of collaboration, transparency, and adaptability.
• Help teams identify impediments and develop action plans to overcome challenges and enhance productivity.
• Work closely with product owners and developers to clarify requirements, ensure alignment, and facilitate effective communication.
• Support the team in maintaining a healthy balance between technical excellence and business value delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and frameworks, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Build trust and rapport with team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable goals for the team.
• Act as a buffer between the team and external pressures, ensuring the team remains focused on delivering value.
• Support the team in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns, promoting a culture of respect and mutual support.
