Project Manager - Site Acquisition - Remote
Job Summary
ITC Service Group is actively looking to hire a Project Manager to manage the Site Acquisition process in the Seattle area. This is full time, remote work with our company, for the duration of the project.
About the Role
The Site Acquisition Project Manager will support the Site Acquisition process and help manage the contracts/leases of the selected sites. They will negotiate real estate development transactions, from beginning to end including strategy development, business term negotiation, and support full legal negotiation. They will act as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team in developing growth strategies for specific markets. They will implement a strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders such as product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, tax, etc. They will understand the technical requirements of engineering teams and develop solutions that meet the design and business targets. They will prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management team regarding progress, financial approvals, and overall deal costs/benefits. They will provide management for multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously. They will deliver lease and permit approvals for multiple sites for network integration. They will obtain permits, approvals, and entitlements from local/municipal, state, and federal government. They will secure entitlements and leases, municipal approvals, civil reviews, utility coordination, liaison with landlords, property owners, and developers.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with land use, contract/lease review, and Abstraction experience.
Qualifications
- A background that includes experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management.
- Experience and ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions.
- Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating the financial analysis of potential deal structures.
- Possess strong negotiation abilities to include legal document review and negotiation in conjunction with legal counsel.
- 5-10 years’ experience with Project management in Site Acquisition environment.
