About the Role

Lead initiatives focused on process simplification, migration to ServiceNow, and improving reporting and employee experience. Drive structured delivery, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on process simplification and ServiceNow migration
• Cook up cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption
• Improve reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
• Enhance employee experience through streamlined processes and modernized workflows
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and governance standards

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations or migrations
• Strong background in process simplification and workflow optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: Relevant work experience required
