About the Role
Lead initiatives focused on process simplification, migration to ServiceNow, and improving reporting and employee experience. Drive structured delivery, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on process simplification and ServiceNow migration
- Cook up cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption
- Improve reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Enhance employee experience through streamlined processes and modernized workflows
- Maintain project plans, documentation, and governance standards
Requirements
- 5–7 years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations or migrations
- Strong background in process simplification and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Relevant work experience required
