About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager in the Salt Lake City, UT area to support our internal PM/CM teams and external clients. As a key contributor to our program support team, you will partner with engineering, design, and construction professionals to gain a holistic understanding of project delivery—from planning and design through procurement, construction, and project controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and implement standardized project management and project controls processes
- Configure those processes within integrated project management systems
- Develop training materials that enable consistent and successful project execution
- Apply project controls best practices to support effective cost and schedule management across programs
- Partner with engineering, design, and construction professionals to gain a holistic understanding of project delivery
- Develop and apply change management processes
- Manage costs across large, multiple-project programs
- Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6
- Develop and deliver effective presentations (visual, written, and verbal)
- Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience working with project management systems, i.e., Primavera Unifier and P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, etc.
- Experience managing costs across large, multiple-project programs
- Experience developing program and project reports including project status reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive and client teams
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management systems
- Experience developing and managing resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations (visual, written, and verbal)
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $92,100.00 to $126,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
