Responsibilities
- Own the performance, uptime, and financial health of all assets enrolled under strategic accounts
- Manage repair and overhaul cycles for Prime, Standby, and Industrial engines and components
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all asset and site-related issues
- Coordinate, oversee and document all service work, including scheduling, dispatching, and execution
- Monitor asset condition and performance using CAT and Milton CAT diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement action plans to prevent failures and optimize equipment life
- Conduct regular customer meetings (weekly calls, quarterly site visits) to review performance, service actions, and opportunities
- Manage contract profitability and ensure gross margin targets are met
- Schedule and manage services such as fuel polishing, switchgear replacement, load bank testing, transfer switch testing, and generator testing
- Be available for emergency response coordination on a rotating basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in power systems, generator service, or asset management
- Strong mechanical, technical and analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex service contracts and technical projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally outside it
Pay
Salary Range: Base range $60,000 – $75,000, plus bonus.
