What You’ll Do
- Take detailed field measurements of residential kitchens
- Create and compile accurate project layouts and blueprints
- Order cabinetry, countertops, and related materials
- Cook up and communicate with subcontractor install crews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation
- Proactively solve problems and prevent delays
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Hightly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills — comfortable with homeowners and trades
- Comfortable reading floor plans or willing to learn quickly
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
