About the role
The Project Manager – Natural Resources is responsible for leading the successful delivery of environmental permitting, water resource, jurisdictional determination, and endangered species consultation projects. This is a billable, client-facing leadership role.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with experience managing natural resources and environmental compliance projects, including coordination with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Must have excellent communication, organization, technical judgment, and financial discipline, along with the ability to lead teams, manage risk, maintain high-quality deliverables, support repeat client work, and contribute to the continued growth and profitability of Lord and Winter’s Natural Resources practice.
