Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our implementation process, ensuring strategic success and delivering real value to our clients.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for project governance, strategic success, client relationship management, and ensuring the solution meets the client's needs and Orquest's ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project governance model and define communication channels with client stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, setting clear limits with clients and negotiating realistic commitments.
  • Define and oversee the project timeline, ensuring all phases are completed on time and in full.
  • Create work plans based on actual technical complexity, validated with relevant teams.
  • Ensure internal teams are engaged and aligned with the scope, removing blockers and fostering collaboration.
  • Establish performance indicators and activate the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program.
  • Map risks proactively and lead communication during high-pressure moments, maintaining project calm.
  • Ensure flawless handover to the Customer Success team, training and convincing the client to actively use the solution.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years managing complex SaaS implementations.
  • Proven success leading relationships with challenging clients and managing global accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferably a degree in Project Management or solid equivalent experience in software project management.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Additional languages are a competitive advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel and adaptability to operate successfully in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to translate the client's macro objectives into a solid project plan oriented toward Orquest's ROI.
  • Rigor in management methodologies to guarantee total control over project scope, timing, and quality.
  • Skill in managing high-level stakeholders, adapting the message, and negotiating boundaries with solid foundations.
  • Ability to maintain control and project calm under pressure, making data-driven decisions.
  • A maximum sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to results and client satisfaction.
