Key Responsibilities
- Establish and mature PMO processes, standards, templates, and tools to support consistent project execution across IT and business teams.
- Define and implement project governance structures, including intake, prioritization, stage gates, and reporting.
- Create standardized artifacts such as project charters, business cases, risk registers, schedules, and status reports.
- Drive adoption of PMO practices through coaching, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support portfolio management by providing visibility into project health, capacity, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization.
- Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives with high visibility and complexity.
- Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define scope, objectives, success metrics, and outcomes.
- Translate strategic goals into executable project plans and roadmaps.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and align with strategic priorities.
- Facilitate executive-level communication, decision-making, and escalation as needed.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects in accordance with PMO standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and vendor engagements.
- Led and motivate cross-functional project teams without direct authority.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, milestones, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.
- Apply continuous improvement practices based on lessons learned and project retrospectives.
Strategic Initiative Management
