About the role
The Project Engagement Manager will lead the implementation of Aristocrat’s products, interacting with customers and Aristocrat Interactive team members while onsite at casino properties.
Responsibilities
- Cook up installations of Aristocrat software and hardware products at customer locations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specifications.
- Get to know customers and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle, verifying project scope and discussing the project plan.
- Draw up a solid timeline for gaming software installation, hold regular project meetings, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare status reports for the Aristocrat Interactive Stakeholders Executive team, detailing project progress, risks, and achievements.
- Identify lessons learned from project implementations and suggest improvements and solutions.
- Document project achievements, tasks, and completion in Adobe Workfront.
- Resolve problems that arise during the project lifecycle and assist team members in planning and executing phases.
- Ensure adherence to quality, consistency, and relevant standards under Aristocrat Interactive’s Project Management Methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of project management experience in the casino systems technology, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
- Aristocrat Oasis Master Certification within 6 months of employment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar professional accreditation preferred.
- Previous experience in the Gaming Industry is preferred.
