Project Manager | Hospitality Renovation - Traveling

Nationwide Travel – $120K‑$140K base salary plus bonus and travel; must have hospitality renovation experience.

Pay

Base salary $120,000 – $140,000, plus bonus and travel allowances.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2‑3 hospitality renovation projects simultaneously.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and ownership teams.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Hospitality renovation experience.
• Experience with occupied hotel renovations.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• FF&E experience.
• Multi‑property renovation program experience.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni properties.
