Key Responsibilities
Part-time schedule: 32 hours/week (Mon–Thurs). On-site presence required. Some hybrid flexibility allowed (not fully remote).
Start Date: ASAP. 1–2 interview rounds only.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, event management, or event planning
- Strong event planning and event execution background
- Skilled in coordinating teams, deliverables, and timelines
- Excellent communication skills across teams and functions
- Ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term role with shifting priorities
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Experience managing large-scale events is strongly preferred
- Previous experience with consumer/retail brands is helpful but not mandatory
