Key Responsibilities

Part-time schedule: 32 hours/week (Mon–Thurs). On-site presence required. Some hybrid flexibility allowed (not fully remote).

Start Date: ASAP. 1–2 interview rounds only.

• 8+ years of experience in project management, event management, or event planning
• Strong event planning and event execution background
• Skilled in coordinating teams, deliverables, and timelines
• Excellent communication skills across teams and functions
• Ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term role with shifting priorities
• PMP certification preferred but not required
• Experience managing large-scale events is strongly preferred
• Previous experience with consumer/retail brands is helpful but not mandatory
