ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Supervise both employees and/or contractors for large solar commercial construction projects.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Develop project schedules and set project objectives.
- Work closely with customers to gather needs, design configurations, and generate estimates.
- Create takeoffs and verify the accuracy of estimates.
- Potentially visit customer sites for measurements and preliminary safety inspections.
- Recommend and incorporate changes to designs based on customer requests.
- Review and modify estimates with the sales team.
- Provide estimates for change orders and address customer and sales team inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction.
- Experience in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC codes and understanding of OSHA standards.
- Proven track record of successful project leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Office Software.
