Career Growth

Typical base compensation for the Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 and $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

Job Details

• Lead all aspects of a project from earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout
• Oversee DDC, PLC, and SCADA programming efforts
• Support equipment and controls buyout
• Direct field installation activities for low-voltage controls systems
• Work closely with clients and design team
• Troubleshoot issues and guide them through troubleshooting/root cause analysis
• Project types include Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, Power & Gas Infrastructure, Municipal and Private Water Treatment, Waste-to-Value, Commercial, Controlled Environments Agriculture, and more

Qualifications

• Preferred 5-10 years of DDC or industrial controls experience
• Strong understanding of control systems architecture, including DDC controllers, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA platforms, instrumentation, field devices, control panels, and communications networks
• Experience with Tridium Niagara platform
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with different types of individuals
• Strong understanding of engineering principles (HVAC, thermodynamics, heat transfer, process engineering)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to successfully work on own
• Comfortable with spending time on construction jobsite - 25% to 50%
• Familiar with construction practices and principles
