Career Growth
Typical base compensation for the Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 and $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

Job Details
- Lead all aspects of a project from earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout
- Oversee DDC, PLC, and SCADA programming efforts
- Support equipment and controls buyout
- Direct field installation activities for low-voltage controls systems
- Work closely with clients and design team
- Troubleshoot issues and guide them through troubleshooting/root cause analysis
- Project types include Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, Power & Gas Infrastructure, Municipal and Private Water Treatment, Waste-to-Value, Commercial, Controlled Environments Agriculture, and more
Qualifications
- Preferred 5-10 years of DDC or industrial controls experience
- Strong understanding of control systems architecture, including DDC controllers, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA platforms, instrumentation, field devices, control panels, and communications networks
- Experience with Tridium Niagara platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with different types of individuals
- Strong understanding of engineering principles (HVAC, thermodynamics, heat transfer, process engineering)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to successfully work on own
- Comfortable with spending time on construction jobsite - 25% to 50%
- Familiar with construction practices and principles
