About the role

Lead project management initiatives to ensure successful completion of large-scale construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage budgets
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success
• Oversee team members to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Communicate progress and issues to upper management and clients
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with construction project management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Understanding of construction industry regulations and compliance
