Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling for crew's inspections and service calls from Stamford CT to Hudson MA area.
• Aid in project follow-up and meeting critical deadlines.
• Assist in reviewing projects for potential change order needs.
• Work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and other processing issues as required.
• Conduct various administration and general office duties involving typing, record, file maintenance, and documentation creation.
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned.
• Handle permitting.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of clerical or other office experience.
• Solar experience required.
• CRM experience required (SalesForce).
• Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Must be very organized and possess strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Fast typing and data entry skills.
• Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic desired.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full-time at 1 Dock St, Stamford, CT 06902.
• This is a full-time position with no hybrid or remote option.

$25-$32 hourly
